Bob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University, NJ and has 25 years experience in the Mortgage Banking business. After working for other lenders Bob decided he could better serve his clients by starting Black River Mortgage. In 1999 Black River was created and has served area residents ever since. Bob is fully licensed by the State of New Jersey and does business in New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania.

As a Chester Borough resident, Bob has become involved in local government serving on several boards, a Council Member for 15 years, and is currently the Mayor of Chester Borough. The choice to serve his neighbors is reflective of his love for the area and desire to actively contribute to the community.
